Refund Policy

Welcome to the Refund Policy of JADE Prediction OÜ / aisportstips.com (“we”). This policy applies to all customers who purchase a subscription on our website.

1. Overview

We provide artificial intelligence based sports analysis and statistical, analytical signals (“analytical signals”). We understand that things don’t always go as planned — that’s why we created this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Day Refund)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT LIMITATION:

For digital content (subscription-based services), if you expressly consent at the time of purchase to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has begun.

If the right of withdrawal has not been fully lost, and you accessed paid content during the 14 day period (e.g., value bet feed, Kelly calculator, Pro/Elite features), your right of withdrawal is reduced proportionally to the amount of service already used. This is permitted under Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014 (Hungary).

3. Refund Conditions

3.1 Full Refund

Within 14 days from the date of purchase
If you did NOT access any paid content (e.g., you paid but did not log in)
If the service was unavailable due to a technical error

3.2 Proportional Refund

Refund request submitted within 14 days, but paid content has already been used
Refund amount = total paid amount minus the proportional fee for the days used

3.3 Refund Not Possible

After the 14 day period has expired
If the account was terminated due to violation of the Terms & Conditions
For betting losses or poor betting decisions (the service does not guarantee profit and provides analytical information only)

4. How to Request a Refund

4.2 Required Information

Full name
Email address used for registration
Order number or Stripe transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Payment method to which you request the refund

4.3 Response Time

Confirmation of receipt: within 2 business days
Decision (approval/rejection): within 10 business days
Refund processing (if approved): within 10–15 business days

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are automatically sent to the original payment method (e.g., bank card). Bank to bank transfer times may vary: 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

5.1 Exchange Rate Fluctuations

We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rate changes or fees charged by your bank.

6. Fees and Charges

Administrative fee: €5
This fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. This fee is NOT charged within the EU 14 day withdrawal period.

7. Appeals

If your refund request is rejected, we will provide the reason. If you disagree with the decision:
