The Service Provider offers AI powered sports analysis, statistical data, value bet signals, and educational content on a subscription basis.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: The Website is for informational and educational purposes only. We do NOT provide gambling or betting services. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we are not a gambling intermediary.
The information displayed does not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or personalized recommendations, and should not be interpreted as an instruction to place bets.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
The Service Provider offers the following plans (current prices available on the Website):
• Free: limited access, free of charge
• Basic: €29/month, basic features
• Pro: €59/month, full access
• Elite: €89/month, premium features
Pro and Elite plans are available with monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual billing cycles, with volume discounts.
3.1 Payment
Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system. We do not store bank card data. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle.
By purchasing a subscription, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the automatic renewal of the subscription unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
You may cancel renewal at any time in your account settings or by contacting the Service Provider. Cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Day Refund)
Under consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Exception: If you accessed paid content during the 14 day period and used the service, your right of withdrawal may be limited proportionally to the amount of service already consumed.
By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the performance of the service beginning within the 14 day withdrawal period.

5. User Account
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for securely storing your account password.
• Each user may only have one account.
• Sharing or selling your account to third parties is prohibited.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&C.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, icons, software, data) is the property of JADE Prediction OÜ and is protected by copyright law.
Copying, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying the content without explicit written permission is prohibited. Users receive access solely for personal, non commercial use.
7. Service Availability and Limitations
The Service Provider strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website. Availability may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, technical issues, or third party service provider failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider does NOT accept liability for users’ betting or financial losses. The analyses and predictions provided do not guarantee profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The Service Provider excludes liability for:
• Betting losses or financial damages
• Activities or restrictions of third party bookmakers
• Damages caused by technical errors, data loss, or server downtime
• Issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user
The user acknowledges that use of the Website and its content is at their own risk.
The maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the last 12 months at the time of the complaint.

11. Amendments to the T&C
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these T&C. Amendments take effect 15 days after publication and will be posted on the Website and emailed to registered users. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Estonian law.
In consumer contracts, mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user’s country of residence may also apply.
Legal disputes arising from these T&C fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Estonia.
